This book of life began in 1948 in the home of Clyde Sr.and Rhodie Nesmith in the Morrisville area of Nesmith, SC. As this life unfolds James received his formal education in Florence County School District Five. After high school he married the love of his life Emma Davis, on June 6, 1968 they just celebrated 45 years. He was employed at Wellman Industry in Johnsonville, SC as a shift supervisor for 23 years. He served on the school board for District Five the years 1979 through 1985. As this chapter continues, James became a member of Christ Tabernacle Pentecostal Church at a very young age he accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Savior. He loved his walk with the Lord. James was called into the ministry in the summer of 2002 in which then he stopped walking and started running telling everyone about the good news of Jesus Christ. He touched so many lives by visiting, doing different things for whoever was in need including but not limited to fellowshipping at the different churches and telling everyone how good God had been to him. The Final Chapter is still being written, even though he has gone from labor to reward, because he is still touching so many lives, time and words limit us from speaking of the continuous works. His life living was a ministry for everybody to witness. Preceding him in death are his father and mother Clyde and Rhodie Nesmith; grandson, Nicholas Coley; brothers, Richard Nesmith and Clyde Nesmith, Jr. He leaves to cherish his legacy of love and wonderful memories, his loving wife, Emma Nesmith; children, Allen (Zennia) Nesmith, Stacy Nesmith and Stephanie (Shellon) Forte; five grandchildren, Joshua Cooper, Lashauna Nesmith, Alysha Nesmith, Parker Forte and Garrett Forte; his siblings, Mae McCrea, Julia McFadden, John (Gertrude) Nesmith, Willie J.
